We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.
If, for any reason, you decide your artwork is not right for you, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return.Once the artwork has been safely returned and inspected, we will either issue a refund (excluding the original shipping costs, if applicable) or, if you prefer, provide the full purchase value as gallery credit towards another artwork. Refunds will be processed within 14 days, provided the artwork is returned in its original condition.

After you contact us, we will guide you through the return process, answer any questions you may have, and provide any assistance needed to ensure the return is as straightforward as possible.

In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged, we will work with you and the artist to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Should you choose to return the piece, our standard returns policy applies, and your original shipping costs will also be refunded.

The artworks are shipped (except in rare circumstances) from London, in the UK.
For international deliveries, you may be required to pay customs duties and/or import fees before your artwork can be released for delivery.These charges are not included at checkout, as they are determined by the destination country and applied by its customs authority. In most cases, either the courier or the local customs office will contact you directly if any fees are due.
We also monitor your shipment’s tracking and are happy to assist if any customs-related issues arise.
Please note that if you choose to return your artwork, any customs duties or import fees you have paid are non-refundable.

We work with a trusted framer, who produces bespoke frames. If you want any work framed, please email us on contact@strangeplacegallery.com and we would be happy to talk you through framing options and prices.

The information Strange Place Gallery collects and holds about you may include your name, email address, phone and mobile phone numbers, home and shipping addresses.
If you purchase an artwork from Strange Place Gallery your card information is not held by us, it is collected by our third party payment processors. Who specialise in secure online capture and processing or credit/debit card transactions.
If you do not wish to receive further correspondence via email you can opt out at any time via the unsubscribe link present in all our e-marketing. to opt out of postal communications please contact the gallery.
HOW YOUR INFORMATION IS USED
To carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered into by you and us; Notify you of changes to our services; Send you communications which may be of interest to you. These may include information about gallery exhibitions, events, artworks and gallery news.
