If you wish to return your artwork, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.
We will arrange for a courier to collect the piece and return it to the artist, covering all return shipping costs. Once the artwork has been received, we will issue a refund (excluding the original shipping fee), or provide the full amount as credit if you would prefer to choose another piece.

How to Return Your Artwork
To start a return, simply email us on contact@strangeplacegallery.com, once we receive your request, our team will be in touch to guide you through the next steps.

In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged, we will work with you and the artist to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Should you choose to return the piece, our standard returns policy applies, and your original shipping costs will also be refunded.

For international deliveries, you may be required to pay customs duties and/or import fees before your artwork can be released for delivery.
These charges are not included at checkout, as they are determined by the destination country and applied by its customs authority. In most cases, either the courier or the local customs office will contact you directly if any fees are due.
We also monitor your shipment’s tracking and are happy to assist if any customs-related issues arise.
Please note that if you choose to return your artwork, any customs duties or import fees you have paid are non-refundable.
